Chestnut balls

Vegan, Whole Food Plant Based, Gluten free





Ingredients:

200 g chestnut puree

25 g date syrup

10 g cacao nibs

50 g apple puree (or any sugar free jam or fruit pure)

100 g quick oatmeal

Finely shredded unsweetened coconut or any ground nuts for


Instuctions:

  1. Place the chestnut puree, the date syrup, cacao nibs, apple puree and the oatmeal in a bowl and mix it with a spatula or your clean hands.

  2. Now the mixture should now be sticky enough to form into balls. Roll each into a ball. I like them to be small, just like a bite.

  3. Lastly roll them in the shredded coconut until totally covered.

  4. Now just enjoy them or share with your loved ones.
